What to expect...

Massage is a wonderful method to alleviate stress, coupled with yogic theory, alternative practices like reiki, sound therapy and various other modalities, my invitation during bodywork inspires a beautiful pathway to deep relaxation and self care.


Sessions may be 60 or 90 minutes allowing spaciousness to be felt, giving time for you to

fully drop into a restorative state.
